My guildies have agreed to a rather extreme answer that wont be for everyone, they will now except pet collectors/mount collectors in exchange for a donation of 10k gold.
If you decide to go this route you must contact me only, no one else in Voodoo is allowed to invite you (that was part of the deal). The gold goes to the guild bank.
We give you 3 months as a "new member" to do what you need to do to get your pet/mount then you get Gkicked unless you are active with us. Or when you are done please Gquit.

I am on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights for raid, I can invite during raid but if we are mid boss kill please be patient I promise I will get to you next time we wipe/kill something.
Then you can donate directly to the guild bank, no need to trade anything to me personally and I can check it from my portable guild bank

You must already have the gold when we invite you, I am aware that this is annoying.
Do not try to bargain with me for a better price or trade, this isn't negotiable, this was decided by many people not just me.

You could transfer over or you could just make a new toon get your rep up to revered then buy the pet... either way is fine.

Our guild has some trolls in it, they are just playful, feel free to troll them back in a playful non-malicious way

Big thanks to Zahira for helping me get pet #689. Guild was very pleasant.

A warning for anyone going over to grind the rep. Don't plan on doing it at night during primetime. I couldn't find a zone that level 100 horde weren't turning into a grief fest for lowbies. Early morning seems to be fine though. I got on this morning and ground out the last 12000 rep points without getting ganked once.
