Frostshell Pincher

Post by Zohdee » February 13th, 2015, 12:24 pm

This is the last pet I need for the achievement. I see the paw print on my mini map but when I get there, the battle pet phases out. It only happens in this area.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Server hop through the 'Looking for Group' page? Might just be some weird bug on your particular server.

What level are you and have you completed all the quests in Frostfire ridge? off hand I'd think the invasion in War'Gol could affect phasing around that area.

Alliance toon went down to area where Wowhead says the Frostshells hang out and found a Rare in under 30 minutes. No problems with phasing or anything. This on a low pop server, Undermine.

I would think that, as an Alliance character, there wouldn't be any phasing problems because there's almost zero quests for Alliance characters in Frostfire.

But many of the Horde quests trigger phasing in many of the hub areas, so it's certainly possible.
