Sumprush Rodent - help others get this pet

so to catch this pet it takes 2000 commendations from killing the opposing factions npc in krasarang and so i thought maybe we could help out fellow collectors by posting if we have the tokens to buy the crate and then get a group of people together in order to allow other collectors to have a chance at this pet.

I myself only have a pitiful 300 tokens but if anyone is about to buy it why not post here and help others out. Hopefully together we can all get the pet for our collection

This is a great idea, I'll be sure to post here when my allie gets all 2000, she just started working on that rep today.

Shouldn't these pets be zone wide so either horde or alliance capture them?

You can only use the rodent crates in the appropriate faction hub, so it would be fairly difficult for the opposite faction to get out of combat long enough to pet battle

I'm not sure about Alliance side farming, but I found the two boats south of Domination Point to be the easiest farm spot for Horde. Just fly between both boats and kill all the occupants and they spawn pretty quickly.

Does anyone know what the level of this pet would be when it spawns? Will he have friends helping him?

From what I've heard, they are 23-25, and come with 2 secondary pets from Krasarang Wilds.

Oh I thought it was zone wide and not just limited to an area.

Unless you're on a PVP server? My understanding was that one could start a battle, but you are attackable while battling. Unless they changed that? Would be awesome if they did. Sure, they wanted to keep the PVP element on such servers, but when they created the pet battle mini-game, they did so to give players something different to do and concentrate about. Focusing on pet battles means that I'm not interested in PVP'ing when battling pets!

Once you drop this it spits out Rodents as fast as you can engage (and forfeit if you're looking for rares). There are brownish ones and bluish ones. Before the timer was up, I was able to tame a rare of each color. I got 2000 emblems by just doing the dailies and camping the rares for the Bloody Invitation.
