Finally got my first pet, the Talbuk. Rarity says it was attempt 10, but I believe I forgot to put in the two attempts I had before rarity updated.

Still nothing.

Havent missed a day.

One thing has me paranoid, as many of the "Custom Groups" are set up as raids, can someone here confirm that these drop in Raid Groups?
Most likely its a yes, but would be good to get a positive confirmation on this.

Now that is a good question, I have done the collector every day and nothing so far but never even gave the raid a thought.

If you are worried about if being in a raid might affect the quest simply grab the quest, leave the raid and return to your own Garrison. Voila, you now have the quest and Erris in your Garrison to complete at your leisure.

Thanks. While that does work circumvent the problem, I would still love to confirm if there is a problem in the first place.
i.e. has anyone had a pet drop from Kura in a Raid group.

They do drop. I've been making raids and posting them on group finder. While I haven't gotten any yet, I've seen plenty of people get it while in my raid group. Gr!

I am starting to get miffed at this RNG though. Guess the longer I wait the more supply will make it to the AH as well...

Drop rate has been low for me as well.

Mastering the Menagerie drop rate seems to have changed as well. Haven't had a pet drop there in three weeks running five characters.

I've gotten two slithershock elvers in two days. Does anyone know if this bag will behave like the Mastering the Menagerie bag seems to, and stop dropping pets once you've exhausted the amount of alts that can collect the bag?

i.e. I notice that I got two full sets of the garrison menagerie pets (1 set of pets per level 3 garrison, I have two level 100 characters) over the course of a week or two - and then no more pet drops out of the Big Bag of Pet Supplies for months, just training stones, tokens, and bandages.

Just wondering if there's some kind of built in scarcity creator that'll prevent me from collecting more than 2 of each pet.

There have been reports that you can get dupes on a single character out of the "Mastering the Menagerie" bags.
I personally got a 2 full sets from 2 characters, nothing after.

Kura has still to give me anything but lint.

I broke.
Bought Talbuk, Serpent and Elver on the AH today.
It felt dirty.

Had not a single drop, didnt miss a day of Kura.
I actually like the low drop rates, makes it more interesint tbh.

Since the RWL pets sell nicely, especially the Hyjal ones, I had the gold, and what else but pets can one invest in

7k a pop for the Kura pets, have sold 8 RWL ones for 5k so still ahead

The Elver is the only one I haven't gotten yet. Got lucky with two of the Serpent and Talbuk so far; gave the extras to a friend.

I think I've only missed one day of Kura/Erris, only because I was so exhausted after I got home from helping someone move that I just wanted to go to bed.

I traded for a talbuk with another pet collector from this site as i am still yet to see a single pet amongst all my lint, might crack this weekend and buy off AH.

I've earned 4 darkmoon eyes and 2 Syd the squids since I started playing 3 years ago...so I felt lucky

Not one Erris pet despite trying every day

I have bought and leveled them all...but I still try...

All three are worthy pets btw

yes i cracked, i might have enough lint to stuff a mattress with but as kura refuses to give me any pets i bought the elver and bone serpent off AH, still i will keep trying maybe i might get something off her by xmas to gift to a friend.
