After 7 almost-complete runs of all three (my Warrior couldn't get past Mimiron)

I ran it with my 102 warrior and had a lot of trouble as well (25-man).
It would have been easier if the Magnetic Core dropped by the Assault Bots worked, but right now it does not.
Since I'm Arms, ended up flying over to the rune dwarf hut just southwest of Ulduar, switching in Storm Bolt talent, and went back.
Basically, it was
Kill Lev2, kill VX001, when Automated Flyer appears, jump and wildly hit Storm Bolt, then Heroic Throw 4-5 times until Storm Bolt is off cooldown, then repeat.
When all parts join together, do the same thing, focus on the head, until it dies, then quickly do the rest.

Since my last post, I've reached 10/16 (with 11 characters), and still have a half dozen more characters to run.

Actually it does work. However there seems to be a LoS problem if you don't move the Aerial Command Unit out of the center of the room. Hit it with a ranged attack and move to the walls or doors of the boss room. Once it starts following you around, you can use the Magnetic Core to bring it down.
In the last phase of the boss fight it's basically the same issue. Move the boss away from the center and focus on the head until it is down to 1 HP and starts the self-repair. Typically you can burst down the other parts within seconds. Remember to use abilities that cleave.

I did it this way on 3x Warriors, 3x Palas, 5x DKs, 2x DHs and an Enh. Shaman (all 100 - 110) and all possible modes (10m, 10m hard, 25m, 25m hard) and had no trouble. Although I recommend not doing 25m hard mode on a lvl 100 warrior. That takes quite a while even with Storm Bolt.

Also: You can absolutely defeat Mimiron with a warrior using Heroic Throws, it just takes a while (although i was 110 when i tried.)

Also, if it's not clear. Drudge Ghouls only appear to only come from normal Lich King while wicked souls are from heroic. Which means anyone that wants to farm a mount is not going to see Drudge ghouls.Anywho, here's my results from mixed tries. I'll probably do all 10 man next week to finish up some mogs (or try to)

For my purposes, a run is ICC, Ulduar and Trial of Crusaders. I had to do ToC normal on a few alts as it won't let you do heroic if you haven't done normal and I haven't farmed TOC much.

All alts were at least 100 with prelaunch farmed gear. One druid was 650 because I forgot to go back and get the cape/trinket/rings off the vendor. Most had a fairly easy time but I varied what difficulty I was doing based on the fact I haven't really played some of these since Cata. So. Their rotations are unfamiliar to me. Still managed to do Yogg heroic on all. Oddly, I found 10 man harder. It seemed like 10 man my insanity dropped to 37ish% almost immediately and stayed there. Whereas 25 it never got touched until I went into the brain room.

Well, that would explain my lack of Wicked Souls.... guess I'll do the last few on heroic. Wonder if it's a difficulty thing for the tentacle too.

Edit: And 2 runs of heroic after reading this, I got one. That really should have been something that was noted in the pet journal like the other difficulty restricted pets (in ToT and Siege).

I always kill Arthas on 25H while I clear out the rest of the raid on normal, but I have yet to see a Wicked Soul, maybe swapping to heroic for only one boss mucks stuff up as well? It really shouldn't but hey you never know.

@Merana I did 25 man Yogg-0 for everone but one toon and the tentacle dropped on Yogg-4 for him...however I think its completely random regardless of the difficulty (no better no worse)

Yeah, I ran Yogg with no watchers 5 times, got nothing, now tried it twice with all 4 watchers and also got nothing, RNG will be RNG

20x Yogg+0 and a couple of Yogg+1/Yogg+2 runs didn't drop anything. I guess we might be onto something here.
