Shoak/Accursed Hexxar

Is the Accursed Hexxar not showing up for everybody? I completed the questline and received the letter from Shoak in the mail and the Hexxar was purchasable but I did not have 500 pet charms yet but once I got 500 the hexxar disappeared? It's been about a week and it has yet to show up, reached out to a GM and they said to just give it time but I'm curious if anyone else is having this issue.

Check if the quest to unlock the pet is available for your toon again. When Blizzard reset the "wanted" quests, it also reset the quest completion for a few other quests. After completing the quest again, the [pet]Accursed Hexxer[/pet] should show up on the vendor.
