New pet was very recently added to the Pet Journal: Cap'n Crackers!

The journal says it will be from the In-Game Shop (Blizzard Store), but it's unknown when it'll be available.

Edit: Now available to purchase from the Blizzard Store. We'll have the pet profile up as soon as we can.

My guess is it'll be one of the fundraiser pets for Hurricane Florence.

Just grabbed him, he's super cute with his little pirate hat! I think he's going to be my outlaw rogues new favourite pet.

Yesterday was Pirate's Day, so it fits! Cute little guy, had to pick him up immediately...
