Shiny Pet Charm??

So, I decide I want to get some pets from my garrison. They require SHINY PET CHARMS... OK, how do I come up with Shiny Pet Charms now? It's been so long since I have even cared about them and I'm sure I don't have 200 of them if I went through all my characters. I'm confused... why would they be asking for a form of currency that is no longer in game?

Shiny Pet Charms are still offered from a variety of sources - Legion world quests is one. I think the Menagerie level 3 daily also drops a few, and the shoulder enchant from Legion (Boon of the Zookeeper) drops some from Pile of Pet Goodies.
