I still have three quests to get, but I've not seen any for the last several days. Do I need to wait for the weekly reset? Also any point in doing the blue daily quests?

That's strange - there should be a quest every day for 16 days.
And there is certainly a point in doing the blue daily quests - you get Axel by doing all of them!

Axel is a reward from the Whelp, There It Is achievement. Check your achievement log to see which dailies you still need. Five of them involve Whelp racing which can be a pain.

Thank you for the replies. I see the three quests I need, however, none of them are available.

Ah - I thought you were talking about regular Whelp Daycare 16-day quests not showing up.
The daily quests to get Axel are another thing - they appear randomly. I miss three of them as well for now - we can only wait for them to turn up one day.

And two more of those random quests got shown today!
So I only miss one of them, the Posidris flying quest. But I have not yet got Posidris in Whelp Daycare

I realized for me I was missing most of the race quests. Since they are blue I didn't realize I hadn't done some of them. I now have it complete.
