Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had the Dog in their garrison for me to throw the pebble at it for it to be in my Dalaran! I'm willing to pay gold, I just don't have my tiller's rep up xD Thanks in advance. My battletag is Tayoftheice#1981

Directly from Wowhead after searching for "Faithful Dog" battle pet.
You need to have Dog in Dalaran on the Broken Isles for that character in order to obtain this companion.
FAITHFUL DOG can be obtained by petting Dog on the Tranquil Strand in the Isle of Dorn.
In order to see Dog you need to interact with the Half-Buried Dog Bowl found at 31.44 51.31 near the puppy statue,
he will appear with the emote "Dog is very happy to see you"!
Interact with him and select the option <Pet his head.> which will award you with Faithful Dog battle pet placed in your bag.
Faithful Dog will react to some emotes by emoting back.

Its at the starter area of Isle of Dorn where "Dalaran" crashes at.
You need to have Dog in Dalaran on the Broken Isles for that character in order to obtain this companion.

I just tested this with a friend who did not do the Tillers rep or Dog at all. It worked!
Key Notes:
1. Dog will always remain in your Garrison, even if you have completed the Dalaran Dog "Move" or the War Within Dog "Move"
2. You can sell/buy the Pebble on the AH
3. You need to have a Garrison with Dog present
4. Your friend will need to have the Garrison Hearthstone and have at least built the initial Garrison
How to:
1. Obtain the Pebble on the AH or in Dalaran (give it to your friend)
2. Be the leader and invite your friend to your group
3. Both hearthstone to your Garrisons, and have your friend right click their portrait and join the Leader's Garrison
4. Have your friend go talk to your dog and click the chat bubble to show them the pebble from Dalaran
5. Your friend will now have Dog in their Dalaran
6. Have your friend go to the War Within Dog Bowl, click it, and then pet Dog for the Pet
Additional Reference:
1. Prior to doing this I had already collected Faithful Dog in The War Within
2. My Dog was still in my Garrison, and in Dalaran (and still is)
