I wouldn't expect it until the end of June.

Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
I was hoping this too, but I gotta agree that end of June is probably the date, assuming 4 month seasons.
Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
If it follows the same "pattern" as the Snowy Owl, it should be May 1; but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
has anyone also wondered like me why blizzard can't have region servers follow the season for that region (When it is summer in the northern hemisphere it is winter in the southern)
Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
if the guardling is up for 4 months aswell, then he should spawn tomorow, if no ask yourself this then, where was he las year the 25th sep till 30 sep then when pandaria lauched?? If not tomorow blizz will wash their hands and bla bla with a next patch

http://petsear.ch/Breeds has breeds for the Guardling listed now. Since petsear.ch collects its data from live accounts, it's a good bet they're available now.

Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
So the breed and stats are as follows.
5 (S/S) 1400 260 325
6 (H/H) 1725 260 260
7 (H/P) 1546 289 260
8 (P/S) 1400 289 289
1 (S/B) 1465 273 289
What do you guys think will be the best breed to take. After looking at his abilities I'm thinking the H/H is probably going to be the best as the only ability that benefits from speed is the stun. Do you guys think the kick lasting for 2 rounds with the S/S would be worth losing all that health for?

Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
Looking at the ability set, I do concur about that H/H seems to be the way to go for this pet. It have no moves that takes advantage of the stun.
H / P have potential, but you loose almost 200 hp for a mere 19p increase to attack, I question its a wortwhile tradeoff. To me a larger health buffer seems to be more important if you want to go with this moveset:
Whirlwind / Hawk Eye / Reckless Strike
Have the pet as the front pet. Buff yourself with Hawk Strike. Cast Whirlwind, then spam Reckless Strike and pop the ocassional Whirlwind. Continue till the pet is dead.

Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
Definitely agree about H/H, though possibly not for the same reasons. Reckless Strike has a 1 round cooldown now, which makes the guardling's movesets very awkward. In particular, you can't afford to take Whirlwind in slot 1, because slots 2 and 3 also force you to take cooldown abilities. This is a shame because Whirlwind is probably the guardling's most attractive ability.
Hawk Eye is extremely bad because a crit only gives you +50% extra damage. With +25% crit for 4 rounds, you can expect to get 1 extra crit in total, which means you spend 1 turn to get half an extra attack later on. This is already bad, but you also have to survive 4 full rounds to get the benefit, which is far from guaranteed.
That leaves you with Crush/Sandstorm plus either Reckless Strike or Blackout Kick, which looks a lot like a more aggressive version of Anubisath Idol (complete with humanoid passive). Reckless Strike plays nicely with Sandstorm because Sandstorm subtracts from your opponent's damage before the Reckless Strike debuff multiplies it. If you go Crush/Sandstorm/Reckless, then you definitely want H/H. Sandstorm and the humanoid passive benefit a lot from health, and Reckless Strike makes going first very bad (because then the Reckless Strike debuff will be present for 2 of your opponent's turns instead of 1).
Crush/Sandstorm/Blackout Kick is potentially interesting, but Blackout Kick demands speed and will make you much less of a tank. When imagining situations where that moveset would be good, I think Anubisath with Crush/Sandstorm/Deflection would almost always be better.
Technically, you *could* go with Whirlwind/Sandstorm/Reckless and then you'd be locked into a rotation of WW/Reckless/SS/Reckless etc. I doubt this could be effective since Sandstorm will protect the opponent's backline and make WW very weak.

Re: First of may inc, Qiraji guardling spawn????
Did a flyover of Silthus at midnight 1st May. not a single spawn have appeared. Ill take a second look tomorrow after maintenance, but I am not hopeful.
Edit: Reckless Strike shows no cd ingame, or is it an upcomming nerf?

It'll probably be either June 1st or the actual start of Summer (which is the 21st or something). My guess is the former.
