I wait until I level a pet until 25 and then they get a name.

My robochicken is named Mutha Clucka.

I have an Ethereal Trader I named Atoning Unifex after a character in Julian May's "Saga of Pleistocene Epoch" and assorted books. I named my Nordrassil Wisp "Bo" because he has a little tiny face... calling Dr. Who fans... ?

Most of mine are named after some color or characteristic or because I have made some kind of random leap of logic (like my Snowy Panda is named Emma because Snow = Frost = Emma Frost in my brain).

I think my favorite is Tony Danza, my Dancing Water Skimmer... because he's a tiny dancer...

Fossilized Hatchling: "Boner". Kinda funny when "Your Boner just gained 15 points", or "Your Boner just reached level 10."

My Rapana Whelk's name (I have two) are Lawrence Whelk and Larry Whelk Jr. (For you young'ins google Lawrence Welk. My parents made me watch his show every Saturday night when I was a little kid). (btw my whelks are both girls but oh whell)

My Iron Starlette (which happens to be a girl) is Toni Stark - she is a real Iron Woman.

My Minfernal (a boy) is Minny Mantle because he's a real power hitter like Mickey Mantle but he is a Minny.

I wanted to call my Unborn Val'kyr 'Mistress Valentine' because she's a real Dominatrix but for some reason they won't let me call her that (or Lady Valentine) so she is just Lucky Valentine.
