I don't raid or keep up with the state of the end-game. What pet is Kovok comparable to in terms of difficulty to acquire? Is it going to be ten thousand gold in a month with six on the AH, or will it be pricey for awhile? Thanks and have fun!

He drops in all raid types but LFR isn't out yet so when it comes out his price will drop down to about 20k and slowly go downhill from there.

Re: What is Kovok comparable to?
He will probaly drop all the way to 5k or so a few weeks after lfr is open in that part :)
Re: What is Kovok comparable to?
None of the raid pets should be above 5k in about a month. Probably the ´highest´ priced of the raid drops should be the sha dropling since it is the only one that does not drop on LFR... but the first wing of Flex will be heavily farmed and is already very easy to pug.. so even that one shouldn´t be too expensive. The rest all drop on LFR, which means they will be 1-2k on most servers.
Re: What is Kovok comparable to?
When you say 1-2k on most servers, you must mean the high pop servers. The LFR pets from Throne are still significantly higher on medium pop servers, such as my own, and not seen or crazy high on low pop servers. Doomhammer currently has Living Fluid at 20k (tho I've seen them for 6-8k), and Pygmy Direhorns for 6-9k.
Even large servers like Illidan has a pygmy still up for 5k now, and fluids for 4-4.5k. I expect the new pets to drop to under 10k fairly quickly, and 5k very long term towards the next patch cycle.

The ToT raid pets are still 5k ish on several High+ servers in the EU as well.Quil2 wrote:When you say 1-2k on most servers, you must mean the high pop servers. I think the same will apply to the SoO raid pets.
For some strange reason I've been seeing more Viscous Horrors in the markets as well lately, don't quite understand why that is...

Easier access to better gear + 15% nerf. More normal Primordious killsFor some strange reason I've been seeing more Viscous Horrors in the markets as well lately, don't quite understand why that is...

Re: What is Kovok comparable to?
Oh yea.
Dunno why I didn't think of that, all I was thinking was that ToT was old content and less people would be doing it overall. But the market doesn't lie, so guess you're right
