What do you name your pets?

You guys enjoy renaming your favorite battle pets?
What's your favorite pet names you came up with?

All of mine still have their default names, but it's about time I change that.
I have no idea what to name them though, any suggestions?

I'm going to start naming mine after my friends probably...I have one cat named after my irl pet cat, Jack.

Name the Crawdad Dinner. ;p

I sometimes name my pets sensible things, like for example my Core Hound Pup is called Ember.

Then sometimes I try to be funny. I have an Emerald Turtle called Sheldon.

And then there's just daft. My Tiny Harvester is called Farmer Crankcase. I wanted Farmer Crankshaft, but it was too long.

When in doubt I name a pet after a food I like. Like Pizza or Spaghetti. Really. Look at my list, haha.

You click my name to the left, then on the new page under "contact FeliciaMarie" there is another link and it brings you to my warcraftpets.com page. On that page there is a link to the person's main toon on the armory. Mine would be Emmalie

I named my Personal World Destroyer Unicron after failing with Megtron AND Starscream which were restricted for some reason nerd points for getting the reference

Pandaren Monk is Bo Stick
Terrible Turnip is Radish
Onyxian Whelpling is Mom Loves Me

Some are harder to name than others, but they will all tell me who they are sooner or later.

I started naming my pets. Then, I realised they can be male and female.

And suddenly I had to rename my Lashtail Hatchiling to Adrian, my Crimson Whelpling to Rielstraz, decide that Sasha was an unisex name, Jack became Jackie, Jackie became Jack, and Jess got the slightly less feminine name of Jason. (All my cats get J-names)

Kinda still crossing my fingers that my Pet Bombling, Little Boy, is a male, since I haven't actually checked yet.

Intending to name my Worg Pup, Pug, and Quilien Cub for Rin, Tin and Tin.

A trio of magic pets for Bibbety, Bobbety, Bo, maybe?

A mouse named Hickory

Giving my dragon whelplings names according to their flights ofc. Rielstraz for the crimson, Jarenestra and Lenestra for onyxia whelpling and dark whelpling.

It all depends really. Sometimes I use the first name that pops into the head. Sometimes I take ages thinking about the perfect name. Sometimes I plan ahead before even getting the pet. And sometimes I do completely random names for fun (like GnomeDeathKnight the Panda Monk and YoungForestBoar the Phoenix!)

I thought of maybe making a trio of Personnal World Destroyer - Bender, Magical Crawdad - Zoidberg, but am unsure which other pet/futurama character to add to complete the trio hehe (these two being awesome tanks/stallers, it'd probably be best if the 3rd member was a good nuker)

Worg = Marley (after my shepherd)

I've also named a few pets after guildmates which is always fun to see how long it is till they notice.

I named my two Fel Flames Flick and Switch for some odd reason!

I think a cute name for the Terrible Turnip would be Lil Beets or something like that.. xD I named my Flayer Hatchling Manny like the mantis from Bug's Life.
