Looks like ordinary Christmas tree however it got arms (no eyes, no mouth no ears) also with red winter hat as topper. Its appearance - color of Christmas decorations - changes according to location.
e.g.: red balls in hyjal, green in jade forest, yellow in vale...

"Christmas is coming." - Wraps enemy in festival paper cover that reduces its speed for 4 rounds by 25 percent.

"What's in there?" - 5 Round Cooldown. Hide inside a gift that increases your chance to block an attack by 100% , deals 750 damage when attacked or after 3 rounds. You can not attack while hiding.

"Its over now." - Sacrifices your remaining life to drop needles and hit enemy team, increasing all damage they take by 24% for 9 rounds.

Broken ornament
Magic category pet. Looks like a typical round ornament with a crack in it. Periodically changes colors when summoned.

Abilities:
Throw ornament: Launches a mini ornament that shatters to damage the enemy's front pet.

Shatter:Self-Destructs to cause massive damage to enemy's front pet.

Hooks!: A rain of ornament hooks that causes damage over 5 rounds to the enemy's front pet

Anyone outside the British Commonwealth probably won't get this, but it amused me so here it is:

The Queen's Peach.

A yellow fruit with a small crown.

Attacks are:

Bore - The tedious drone of the pet's voice causes all other pets, who have already eaten too much turkey and xmas pud, to fall asleep for one round.

Royal Family - bombards the enemy with many small peaches as they try to find anything on that isn't Royal-related.

Annis Horriblis - The flashing lights of the paparazzi give a 50% chance enemy attacks will rebound on themself for 3 rounds.



To partially explain: A long time Christmas fixture in the UK is a televised speech given by the Queen in the afternoon of Christmas Day. It is, of course, known as The Queen's Speech.

I haven't looked through each page of this to see if this is a duplicate, but there's only so many christmas-related options, so here goes:

Tiny Icicle
An animated silvery-white icicle. It's animation could include snow dusting around the body, with a flowing downward animation on the body itself, rather than a typical swirling motion. It's three abilities are:

- Icey Poke: It pokes at opposing pets doing X damage.
- Heads Up!: 5 round cooldown, causing a rain of icicles to fall, causing damage to both active and non-active pets.
- Buildup: 2 round cooldown, repair ability, healing the pet for X amount.

Festivus Pole

Pet type : Magic

A shiny metal tube affixed upright on crossed wooden slats. Not very inspiring on the outside, yet it engenders nearby people with the spirit of 'the season'. Stenciled clearly on the bottom slats is the slogan, ' A Festivus for the rest of us'. Strange words indeed.

Ability 1 - Airing of Grievances (Magic) : Deals 5% of max health as damage to its opponents team, and 2% to it's own team. Changes the weather to 'Family Drama' for 3 turns, causing all abilities to deal 25% more damage to the opponent.

Ability 2 - Feat of Strength (Humanoid) : A direct attack caused by the pet being wielded by the tamer, flailing over and about the head of the opponent in a strong, yet random attack. Can hit from 1 - 3 times, depending on the height of the tamer.

Ability 3 - Festivus Miracle (Magic): Heals the user and the user's team for 5% of max health over the next three rounds. Heals for 10% if cast during 'Family Drama' weather.

Magic

A cheerful, sentient cookie domicile that will eagerly hop along side you. Just don't be tempted to take a bite!

The first pet made from cooking! A rare drop quest item from the Greench will instruct you on how to craft this house. Can be made at cooking level 15. Requires flour, milk, small eggs and holiday spices. Also requires Exotic spices, a quest item gained by harvesting a plant from any desert zone.

Deck the Halls: The roof of the house tips up and back, and a green energy fist flies out to punch the opponent. In the face!

Ghost of Winter-veil yet to come: The house lets out a mournful cry. Opponent hallucinates a horrible future and becomes stricken for 1 round, unable to act.

Spirit of giving: A delightful hum comes from the house, healing ALL pets for 25% However, opponent pets are left with the debuff Holiday Guilt, causing them to deal 20% less damage for 3 turns.

I suggest a Sparkle snowflake. An elemental similar look would be the Crimson Geode. It turns and sparkles.

Three abilities would be:
1. Never ending snow storm. Once used it continues for 9 turns, slowing opposite pet, decreasing their speed by 25 and chilling them.

2. First snow fall. Dazzles the opponent causing them to lose one turn.

3. Snow ball. Direct hit to opponent causing them to return snowball on their next turn.

Ancient Fruitcake

Looks like Graccu's Mincemeat Fruitcake with an aura around it, floats alongside user when summoned.

Preserved "Fruit": Standard direct damage attack.
Broken Tooth: Deals double the damage taken by direct attacks in the next round.
The Gift that Keeps On Giving: Heals all pets a small amount for 5 rounds.

Christmas tree! Model of withers, but decorated, with lights, ornaments, and star topper. Electrocute damage-string of lights short, big damage by throwing the star topper that boomerangs back, and 4 round damage falling ornaments.

Lost Mitten
"Where's the other one?"

A magical creature that is a floating oversized mitten, red with white fur trim and a patch. Created through tailoring via a recipe drop during Winter Veil.

• First Bump: Physical damage attack, curls into a fist and punches opponent.
• Hand Warmer: Flames erupt through finger end of mitten towards enemy team and smoke comes out the wrist opening. Does fire damage initially and then small extra amount over 3 rounds. 4 round cooldown.
• Dope Slap: One round warm-up then a large physical attack. Warm up has glove raise into the air and attack slaps opponent, knocking it over. Three round cooldown.

Murball

Looks like a Murloc except its body is a giant snowball and it is wearing a red Santa hat.

When you click on it, it yells "snowball fight" and you receive a pile of snowballs to throw at your friends and enemies.

Meltdown: Melts into a big puddle of water which freezes when it reaches the opponent, freezing them for one round.
Avalanche: Buries all opponents in a big pile of snow.
Roll: Rolls towards opponent, getting bigger as it goes, then picks up opponent and rolls into a Christmas tree, stunning the opponent.

Spoiled Pudding

Can be obtained by cooking any Christmas recipe with small chance of proccing the soured Christmas Pudding pet.

Appearance:

Rotting/Spoiled Christmas pudding with custard dripping down face and trailing behind. Similar in size to Disgusting Oozling, with similar oozing effect. Mistletoe decoration on top that has started to brown in colour. Well past expiration date!

Abilities:

Rancid Custard: Deals "X amount of damage" to opponent. For the next three rounds deals 5% of players max health as dmg toward opponent.

Last Course: Spoiled Pudding pulls away chunks of body dealing 3% max health as dmg to self, but dealing 10-15% to opponent. Pudding will heal self for 6% of max health if opponent below 30%.

Back of the Fridge: For next attack against Pudding, any hit that would kill pudding will be dealt to other pet in line up with most health. Pet taking dmg for Pudding will be swapped into battle, sending Pudding to the back line.

When i think of Christmas I always think of those old claymation movies my mom made us watch every year. There was a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer movie that I hated so much as a kid that I actually hid it one year...we never found it. A few years ago I finally felt so bad for hiding mom's favorite movie that I bought it for her on DvD as a gift, and my idea for a battlepet comes from that movie

Battle Pet name: Abominable Snow Bumble

Description: A fuzzy, shaggy, white, toothless abominable snow man of the humanoid family.

Abilities:

1. Toss Ornament: Hurls a Christmas ornament at the enemy, shattering and covering the ground with glass. Enemy pet takes X amount of damage each turn for 5 turns.

2. Nom Nom Nom: Gums the enemy pet. Since the Bumble lacks teeth, this attack reduces the enemy pet's speed by 25% for 3 rounds by slathering them in drool!

3. Bumbles Bounce!: Applies a buff to the Bumble. When hit by an attack that would otherwise kill the Bumble, the Bumble bounces back and takes 25% decreased damage for 1 turn instead. This can only happen once per fight.

Holiday Spirit Unholy

The ghostly remains of one of Azeroth's most greedy little murlocs. He can be heard rattling his chains through the night and searching for others destined to end up like him.

Spells:
1. Shriek - Damage enemy team with X amount of damage.
2. Chain Rattle - Fears the enemy pet and stuns them for one round.0
3. Egg Nog'd - Chug down a cup of spirits for a damage buff and throw the empty mug at enemy for X amount of damage.

Krampus: A small satyr creature with horns. He carries a whip and is adorned with bells and rusty chains.

Whip it: Does 5 damage to all enemy opponents. Hits twice if user is slower.
Yule Cheer: Gives all friendly pets +25 hp and 5% crit
Naughty or Nice?: Rolls a die. 50% chance of stunning self (nice), 50% chance of doing half of all hit point damage to enemy and catching them on fire for 5 rounds(naughty).
