upgradeable pets

Are there some of the non-battling pets that you cannot upgrade? I wasted a stone on the chi-ji kite but he still shows as uncommon? It shows I have 11 uncommon pets and I cannot get it higher?

Is it still green quality in game, or just when you look at it in armory or on the lists here? Most of the non-battle pets can be upgraded to rare quality, but won't show up as rare anywhere other than in-game. If you stoned it and it is still uncommon (green) in game, even after a relog, submit a ticket. I believe that is a bug. The only one I am nearly certain can not be upgraded is the Sky Lantern from the Timeless Isle.

It does show in game as blue (rare) but not on this site. What I was getting at was for this site and associated rating you can
never have 100% rare nthen?

Correct, on this site you cannot get 100% rare because the "non battle" battle pets like the kites and squires don't show up in your character's armory as being upgraded.

And yes the Sky Lantern is still not stoneable.
