I just finished collecting the 300 tricky treats needed on day 1 for the two new pets. Do all related quests for Hallows End, and pop candy buckets in bulk.

I had about abit over half left of Kalimdor as my last continent when I hit the 300x Tricky treat mark. So more than enough in one day.

Cursed Birman appears to be P/S
152 health
12 power
12 speed

Widget the Departed appears to be S/S
152 health
10 power
13 speed

Did this with two different characters in morning, 2x 150 to get. Felt much faster.

What's the fastest way to do this? 27 treats in and already tiring...

I did Pandaria, Northrend and Outland for 150 on 2 chars! went really quickly =D

Yeah, if you can get 150 doing the smaller continents I recommend it -- I did EK and Kalimdor (not all but most) just for about 165 and I'm pooped!

Unless you can afford to grab them off the AH, there is no way to do this that doesn't take lot of patience and dedication. Best way is to group with a mage, you both collect the treats and there's a couple of places where a portal really speeds things up.

I just did all of the candy buckets and that gave enough to both pets with some spare still towards the wickerman toy.

I did the opening quests, 1 set of dailies (since I was there), and the candy buckets. Had enough for both before I was finished w/ Pandaria. Level 25 and lookin' cute!

Have the map up from the wowhead guide on split screen with the game. That really helps with planning your route.

Did it on two characters.

Did the collect 4 items from Inns quests, the clean up Stormwind quest, Kalimdor buckets and I got the 150 mid way through Pandaria buckets.

Did it on two char as well. Since I didn't have them yet, I used this opportunity to do the related candy buckets achievements. One char did northrend and the eastern kingdoms while the other did Kalimdor and Outland.

I still want to get more token for the toy but this will probably have to wait as I am quite tired of traveling all over the place.

Easy to do on two toons. *just found that easier since I didn't feel like doing Kalimdor at all* have both and both already level 25.
Should be noted that you can track the achievements even if you've done them in years past, thought they are a bit glitch and will sometimes show buckets as collected when they aren't for that year.
Also blasted lands buckets are no longer available at higher levels. even Surwhich. they whole thing is phased out. I'm imagining that lower levels can still get them as they can still do the lower level quests.

when coming from swamp of sorrows you can spot zidormi on the wesetrn side of the road, and just like in theramore you can go back to "old" blasted land

There is an addon on Curse called Candybucket that made it so much easier to do this.

I did it yesterday on one character then this morning I started on another as I want to get a pet for a friend who doesn't have a lot of time at the moment. If I can stand to Ill get both pets for my friend.
