Finding Brilliant Bloodfeathers in Talador is easy but I'm starting to wonder if there's such a thing as a Rare one.

After battling 74 of them and never seeing any quality higher than Uncommon, do Rares exist? This on a low-pop realm where there were no other pet collectors in the area.

Also wondering if anyone has seen them as secondaries, I know I haven't.

They do exist, I catched mine earlier today. But it was hard to find.

they exist , i catch a S/S today also.

Confirmed I caught a Rare B/B last night near that Elite Hippo you have to fight there.

I must have gotten lucky. I got a rare S/S pretty quickly. It's a pretty strong pet, too. I've been using Hawk Eye, Quills, and Drain Blood and it's pretty potent.

Found several Uncommons last night. Got a S/S and P/P. Still searching for rares.

First battle I had was a rare p/p so sounds like I was lucky. Most draenor pets I have found so far are grey.
Don't know what the best is, I tend to only want the pets rather than battle with them. Just my OCD kicking in I guess

Same here, the first one I ran into was a rare . And this was during the weekend where the pet battles were a bit broken, so I guess double lucky to even get a chance to catch it.

After doing a little research on the "cost" of stones, I'm about to quit looking for rares at all. It takes 5 pet medallions to get a marked battle stone. You get 4 per trainer and 8 for the daily garrison battle. The hours spend looking for rares in the wild seem like a waste now. You can farm up 6-8 stones a day now just doing the dailies. I'm a bit disappointed to be honest.

Blizz must have been reading these forums. The prices on most of the items in the pet garrison have gone up significantly. I wish I'd stocked up. Marked stones are now 15 medals. Large pet treats are 10 now.

15 is so cheap is silly

some of us got to 90 percent plus going through EVERY bag daily and getting 0 stones...sometimes multiple days in a row, then you get a stone of some breed you don't need, while getting maybe 1-2 in pet battles despite having 5k plus battles.

now its raining stones, I am going to be at 100 percent so fast, and all I have to do is the VERY easy dailies in draener? DONE. what a cakewalk. hope they don't up it to 25, as really...it should be 25.

I have been getting rares in the wild since people are still battling(realize we can no longer KILL the stupid things to get rid of a bad combination or lack of rare for future battler, bad move imo) as once they stop, you will pretty much have to clear out an area and wait on respawn for a rare and that won't be worth it. so I have just been getting a baseline rare, then using a stone on the perfect breed since there are so many stones its crazy and the time will come where the wild will be full of zero rares.
