I'm at 599 now, and I wanted to get something neat for my 600th. Do you remember what your 600th was?

(Yes this might seem silly, but the thought of the ugly rotten helper being my 600th makes me sad, lol!)



edit: Ancient Nest Guardian came up in archeology... fancy little robot became #600!

Mine was my vanilla CE, 600, 601, 602 (and with stormwing added) 603 all in one go. I was so glad to get the achieve before WoD hit

Right after I got the Nest Guardian (600), obviously I got Stormwing (601) then Pterrodax Hatchling came up in archeology and yes thats the first time! (602), found a rotten helper super cheap (603) and then I splurged on a lvl 25 Tuskarr Kite for 20k (604). I'm beginning to run out of cheap pets to get... only a few left

My 600th pet was really neat for me since it was the bronze whelping. Here's why it was neat. Dragons are my all time favorite mythological creatures by far so I have all my whelpings at 25 and was really excited when they announced the bronze one was actually going to be in game. I was doing the dark portal invasion event on all my alts so I was just killing quest mobs and it dropped for me. I was quite excited by that then when I learned it and got the achievement it was the icing on the cake. Gotten a lot of pets since but he's always going to be a favorite.

Mine was Bronze Whelpling. Was nice to get 600 before WoD hit

I'm still 12 away. I feel like I'm so close, yet SO far away!

Skybo was my 600th. the week before WoD launched.

Spectral Porcupette was my 500th, even named him Five Hundredth (can't use numbers )

Mine was the silly Meadowstomper Calf because I hadn't been tracking it and didn't realize I was going to hit 600 with him. He's a rather underwhelming 600th pet IMO both because his move set isn't anything special and he's common as dirty with basically everyone getting one.

Yeah im like 31 away and feels like I am eons away.

Mine was a Tuskarr Kite that a friend loaned me so I could get 600 pre-WoD (since Sky-Bo and Syd RNG hate me!). I guess that means after I gave it back, my 600th was Stormwing.

I'm very close to going this route. I just keep holding off to see if I can do it on my own. But I may cave very soon.

Stay strong and do it on your own. I see the motivation for borrowing pets to complete it before the expansion came out because I think that it was a significantly hard task before the expansion. I probably would have done that if I could have borrowed pets before WoD came out but I already had all those pets and needed Blizzcon/CE pets to hit it before WoD came out and you can't borrow those or even really get them easily.

Ooh, I'm on 595, hadn't thought about getting#600 as something special but now I will. I haven't got WoD yet (been playing a 10-day trial) and havent collected a handful of new pets in Draenor. Might get Argi for #600, charity and all that!

Only did it because it was pre-WoD. Now, I'd say just keep at it on your own. It'll come eventually.

Mine was the Dread Hatchling I got for pre-ordering ... so tiny, so cute ...

Mine was Trunks

I was a couple short of the achievement and even though there were still lots of easy pets for me to get in WoD, I just bought a couple of cheap ones ([pet]Mechanical Scorpid[/pet] and [pet]Netherspawn, Spawn of Netherspawn[/pet]) from the AH to bring me to 600.

Mine was a wild pet from draenor... I don't remember exactly which one, a Talador wild I think, but I was eight short when WoD launched so I just ran around doing wild pet battles after getting through the first line of questing with Khadgar. It was around 3am, so the name escapes me.
