Is the "Quintessence of Light" menagerie pet based off of our own Quintessence, or is it just coincidence?

Also the Pet vendor in Winterspring that sell the Winterspring Cub is named Michelle De Rum in tribute to Drumm. She makes these awesome pics of her and a pets after giving them a pet biscuit. Drumm's armor is all co-ordinated with the favored pet as well. He website is

Check them out she also has a pretty sweet pet leveling strat as well.

Are there any others that have been so honored with their own named NPC? I think it's awesome and would love to check out the others as well.
