If you have lvl 20 in hots, you get a mail from Breanni with the pet.

Unless I'm missing something it's not available in the U.S. yet. My HOTS account is level 22 at the moment. I logged into HOTS and was awarded a portrait for logging in on launch day and a mount for having a level 100 in WoW but when I logged back into WoW I didn't have a mail with Graves in it waiting for me. Sadness.

Suddenly noticed I had a new Feat of Strenght, it certainly wasnt there when I got Graves.

That's interesting. I've seen a few people comment on this thread: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/19718897 stating they finally got the pet in the mail but the majority of us still haven't. Blizz screwed this up royally, as usual.

Upon not receiving Graves, I raced here to make sure I was not alone. If I don't get it tomorrow, I'll submit a ticket. At least I got my HotS portrait and mount!

I was informed I got all 4 rewards while at the hero selection in HotS. About a hour later it showed up in the mail in WoW.

There is a mount too?

I too got a notification in HotS that I got the portrait/mount in HotS, pet in WoW and cardback in HS. Didn't get the pet in wow yet either.

Edit: While relogging between toons not half an hour after posting this, little Graves was waiting in my bags on a rarely played alt and I had gotten the FoS without pop up notification. Was by pure luck I saw him in my bags, so be sure to check.
Edit2: Same toon ALSO got Graves in a mail from Breanni. Good Guy Breanni making sure you get your pets!

Gaves is live on Oceanic now too. I logged into HoTS, had the notification about Graves. I logged back into Wow - no Graves so relaunched Wow and Graves was in the mailbox.

I finally received my Graves this afternoon. I had to log into HOTS again (got a notification about Graves and a Hearthstone deck reward) and then log back into WoW. There was one in my bags and one in my mailbox. I also had the achievement without notification. I'm a happy camper now ^^

To those still waiting on their Graves pet, just be aware that Blizz seems to be somewhat slowly divvying them out. They did state that they should all be delivered by the end of the week.
