Purchasing Battle Stones?

Where do I go to buy battlestones? I heard we could for 1,000 Justice points, but I dont know where. I battle all of the tamers all over each continent, each day and get 1 stone, if that. I think the items such as pet bandages, food, ect should be worth more to sell than what it is. Its kinda a bummer spending hours to get nothing.
Anyone that can help me, please do!!!

You get them at the Justice and Valor Quartermaster in Townlong Stepps near the Niuazo Temple at about 37.64.

BUT, they are only uncommon quality upgrades, which is a bummer for me. I wish there was a VP equal that gave a rare stone, as I could grind dailies for the VP on an alt if only for the purpose of getting a stone.

Maybe they are saving a VP stone for a Epic stone.
