Is it even worth making the 10/10/151 Gilnean Raven rare? I found a stone and have the bird sitting around. Is it worth it or no?

From what I can understand about Breed IDs, sounds like your raven is Breed 3,13 (all stats level equally).
If I was min/maxing this pet, I would be more in favour of Breed 10/20 (more attack), as Flyers have that
passive ability - Flying creatures gain 50% extra speed while above 50% health.
(But that's my personal view on it, I'm sure the more seasoned veterans will be able to advise you better. )

Yes, I'd say it's worth it. Speed is wasted on Flyers, IMO. 8 would be best but the difference between it and 10 isn't enough that I would look too hard for another one. I stoned my #10 and it's done very well for me.
