The viscious horror is one of the few remaining pets that I don't have. I've never seen it on my AH. My guild is basically dead and no one is on.

My shadow priest and holy paladin didn't have much luck trying to solo this raid a while ago when I tried the instance. I decided to just wait for the next expansion.

How have you guys gotten yours? Is there anyone else in my boat? Any suggestions?

I spent real money on mine and traded someone game time for it...

I'm assuming the raid will be much easier to solo in Legion, so maybe then?

There's two up on my AH right now, both at the 100K mark. Just for reference.

I have killed Ji kun and Horridon, 250 kill both. For 500 kill, I've NOT seen 1 pet drop, but 4 mounts. My advice : Don't farm it, buy it when you see him on the ah.

If you're decently geared you can clear most of the instance with 2 people. Three people are probably a lot safer tho, because Durumu for example kills you once the beams start, so you want to kill him before that happens.

But like @Neolarva said, it's probably easier to farm the gold and buy the pet off the AH.

I would say AH is your best chance or a deal with another pet collector.

I got mine at the end of MOP when the bottom fell out of the pet market and I picked up a lot of 'rare' pets on the AH cheaply.

Checked a few of the EU servers I am on and some VHs for sale 50-90K

I didn't play during the MoP expansion so I am missing pretty much all of the raid pets. If you ever want to get a group together to farm it, let me know. My Btag is Marimekko#1815.

I actually have 3 characters with 3 differently weekly saves in ToT that I extend each week.

1. Save to second boss.

2. Save right to Ji'Kun

3. Save to Primordius

3 alts for 3 different saves.

But after reading this thread, maybe it isn't worth it. When I use the Primordius save, I keep going up to Dark Animus then switch it to Heroic and kill him solo with my Hunter.

If you're willing to buy it (to save yourself the headache) remember to check the BMAH as well, I believe all the ToT pets can show up in there.

Thanks very much for the offer, but I'm not much in a state to play at consistent hours due to health issues/fatigue and the fact I am in the UK on a weird time zone. Bear hugs. I wish you luck in your farming.

Managed to pick this up on my first run of ToT in Wod with a buddy of mine. He won the roll but didn't care about pets so he gave it to me. We have an unspoken rule, the pets are always mine first, and the mounts are always his first, seems he kept his side of the bargain, now I owe him one.

There was one on Norgannon bmah yesterday, I don't remember it went for 71k or 76k.......

it dropped for my raid member the other night, he immediately sold it for a heap of gold. if you are going to farm it don't forget to use bonus rolls too.

If you intend to buy it, you should mention how much you want to pay for it here, since, everyone will remember it on their AH and could decide to pick it up for you .

I've got about 75k saved up to buy this thing, which is pretty good for me as I keep buying mounts.
