Check your pet list, it now shows "Spectral Cub" - Not this is not the "Spectral Tiger Cub" and noted in the pet journal it comes from the Blizzard Store.

Unfortunately this pet was mislabeled and is not going to be a new pet in the Blizzard Pet Store. According to [url=https://twitter.com/mumper/status/274339108120301568]Mumper[/url], the Spectral Cub was a promotional pet in China and its source in the Pet Journal will be updated in patch 5.2.
