Interestingly it's a Minion when summoned (i.e. CharacterName's Minion), not Companion like most pets. Also it isn't showing the name I gave it once summoned, it still has Twilight as its name above its head though the pet journal correctly shows the name I gave it.

So I did an Ultimate Battle-Training Stone on it and it now says it is a 110 level pet (though 25 in pet journal.)

Exactly! As Peanutty pointed out, it's treated as a minion and not a companion when summoned.

On my level 58, it's 58. On my level 1, it's 1. On my level 110, it's 110.

I wonder if that's by design?

Seems to be bugged:
- not always getting the name you give it
- searching for it not working correctly with "twilight"
- has only ONE ability for slot 1????

Sounds like a addon error? I was able to use it (and search for it) just fine yesterday.

If it was an addon error, I wouldnt post it here but fix it.

You can claim what you want but no one will belive you, because when you open the pet window ->
you enter "twilight" without " in the search-area ->
- expected result: showing pets called Twilight, Twilight Beetle, Twilight Fiendling, Twilight Iguana, Twilight Spider, Twilight Wasp ONLY
- result in reality: a LOT of pets because its shows every pet as above PLUS every pet from Twilight Highlands, every pet from Twilight of the Dragons TCG

I think many are experiencing the same thing with Twilight. She probably needs some additional updates/work. She's not appearing in the Blizzard armory either. Hopefully Blizzard sorts it out soon.

-When renamed, the new name shows fine in the journal but not in-game. Guess this is probably because the pet is incorrectly tagged as a "minion" and not a "companion".
-Journal search has been like that for a while. Basically you can't search for a specific name any more, because it will return every result which has the word you're searching for anywhere in its name, description or move list.
-Mine shows as having the usual 6 abilities, so that bug you're seeing might be an addon problem. (Pounce/Twilight Fire in slot 1)

Using Magic Pet Mirror on it copies the appearance but not the "lie down" idle animation, which I believe is standard for that toy. The colour change effect does copy though. It will also /sit on your lap like any other cat.

Using Narcissa's Mirror on it doesn't copy the colour change effect, unfortunately. Under the effect of this toy, it will dance with you if you target it and type /dance, and occasionally dances anyway as its idle animation.

I'm not claiming anything - i'm trying to help, not getting someone to believe me. For all i know, i did a video on Twilight about an hour before i posted, playing a renamed Twilight with the second move selected on the first slot, which i searched for by typing Twilight in the search window (also visible on video as the first result.) The new name also shows up in the pet battle, so everything is working fine for me. That's why i suggested a possible plugin error.

You clarified the errors you were getting in a later post, so i guess there still is a bug with the name on a summoned Twilight. I didn't know that.

Twilight is now part of my collection and now level 25, but the new pet doesn't seem to be a part of the collection here yet. Anyone else not see an update to your pet collection?

We're working on adding Twilight to the WarcraftPets database. Soon™. Thanks for your patience!

It should be noted that Twilight is not appearing on the official Blizzard Armory yet, so users might still be unable to update their WarcraftPets collections with Twilight even after her pet profile has been added to the site.

Update: Looks like the Blizzard Armory now includes Twilight (although she's currently pictured as a blue and white checkered cube haha). We're still working on adding her to WarcraftPets as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your patience.

Best thing about this pet - it wasn't datamined and came as a total surprise. The curmudgeon in me really enjoys that and that's why I bought the bundle ASAP.

Her profile image is still a work in progress, and she may not update with an armory re-import. We're looking into this, but it could very well be an issue on Blizzard's end. That being said, her breed will update once we're able to properly import her data from the API.
