Has anyone else noticed how the Auction house prices for the TCC pets seems to have gone through the roof recently?

There still seem to be plenty for sale on the auction houses so I was wondering what might have driven up the price so much (Just a few months ago you could pick up the majority of these pets for under 100K on the high pop servers whereas now the very cheapest seem to be going for £120K+)

TCG's have a pretty long history in the Auction house. I remember my first one back in the beginning of mop cost me 200k for a ETS. And that was a lot of gold back than. Fast forward 6 months and I could buy that same soul trader for 20k. A few months after that , the same soul trader would be back up to 40k.. So what was going on ? Well, gold sellers/dupers. The gold sellers figured out how to dupe and it was big business. So what would happen is the gold seller would only release a limited amount of TCG pets and mounts at a time to not over flood the market and keep prices from deflating too much. When supply would start to dry up and prices go up, they would release more. Now when you see the level 1 toons spamming trade chat on every server selling deeply discounted mounts and pets you know whats going on. You don't see them as often now because blizzard is using wow tokens to combat gold selling.
