Any tips for Ghosly Whelpling?

Hello:
As title say, any tip for this pet? Any particular Island or dificulty? (the comments tab at Manage pets is empty and Wowhead only say Island Expedition).
In AH is at 500K....

I was able to purchase this on the AH for around 10k, but they run about 100k on my server. I don't believe there is a specific IE you can run to get them, rather they appear to be a random drop from ANY IE.
I could be wrong but this is what the data is telling me.

Apparently just really low drop. They're staying 75K and above even on the high-pop Realm AH's, way priciest of any of the IE pets, giveaway that they don't come often. And none at all on lot of other Realms.

I dumped 100K on it today, just because I'm worried about them getting even scarcer if people stop running so many Islands, or if they stay in Classic.
My realm is also pretty low pop so I thought I would just jump in while I saw one for sale.

Could be there's another side to prices going up because everybody's playing Classic now. Also means fewer potential buyers on AH.
Last few days prices have been crashing on a couple of the high-pop realms I follow. Ghostly tonight down to 43K on Area 52 (high-pop Horde) and 35K on Stormrage (high-pop Alliance). US servers.

I just got it for 40K. Had I wanted to spend 64K, I could have gotten a level 25.

My main is on Suramar, price was 195,000, an alt on Mug'thol picked it up for 93,000

I did an elf to go the Silvermoon AH at server Draenor and...
Ghostly Whelpling for 40K (500K at my server).
Algans pets and other I don't have to a lot cheaper, 4K-7K (30K-50K at my server).

On my server is not avaiable in AH. Last time I saw one was a long ago and was at 250k. :/
Id like to know if its related only at the new islands or its possible to drop from any.

I had been ignoring this on my server, because it was sitting at 40k (i usually don't purchase pets until they are well under 10k). This post gave me a change of heart, so 40k later I now own one
