Don't know why Bliz after 7 expansions fixing to be 8, have never implemented a legendary pet quest line. We have had armor, weapons and jewelry, but never a legendary pet. It would be nice, does not even have to be a battle pet, just for eye candy would be nice. Just my 2 cents.

A Legendary pet chain, would have to end up with a Legendary pet as reward.

Legendary is TWO tiers over rare, as the best in game; it would be an absolutely mandatory pet for everyone in PvP... And if everyone needs to have it, no one benefits from it, and thus it doesn't offer anything positive to the game.

I agree there should be a legendary pet. it doesnt have to be any stronger than the current pets, just have a different border and be unique in look/and or interactivity. so unless they mucked up the abilities to be broken (like they have with PLENTY of NON legendary pets) having a legendary pet would be fine.

lol. not really. they could easily make a legendary pet that could battle. just because its legendary doesnt mean it has to have stats higher than normal you realize?

Better than normal is EXACTLY what Legendary means in WoW...

simple fix is not to allow it for PvP

That would be controversial..

Imagine your DK get a new legendary weapon, e.g. Shadowmourne, and you cannot wreck havoc in BGs, because legendaries in BGs are not allowed.

Do you think people woulf accept that?

1. I would like to see a purely cosmetic that would take on some the transmog in your inventory randomly or you could apply it.

2. A cosmetic pet that would do some animations of the current class abilities when its summoned.

3. Have the ability to have your pet sit on the back of your current mount or somewhere on it, instead of blinking like a mage in the sky next to you as you travel. (This more a implementation from Bliz rather than a quest line.)

Actually, Legendary doesnt mean better. it means legendary, as in rare and special. just making the border orange, and the pet unique, something that really stands out, would be enough. give it unique abilitie, or at least one. that would be perfectly fine for pet battling. they could make epic pets already, like lil tryrael would be epic, maybe the trading card game pets, or the collector/blizzcon pets. none are stronger than regular pets, but just rarer.

if they stay the course and dont flip flop on it people would be fine.
since a legendary could break the pvp and its already not in a great place people should be fine with it.
as long as you could use it in pve pet battles and pet dungeons its fair to all and people can choose to get it or not.
player pvp isnt 1 v1 so a legendary while making one stronger still doesnt mean you wont be killed or lose but pet pvp is 1 v1 and someone with a legendary tilts the advantage too much
