Not sure if there's a site for it yet, but thanks to WonderWez here's a schedule (right click on the image and "open image in new tab" for a bigger version):

Colors repeat in the same order. Makes it a little easier to continue the rotation.

Doesn't it depend on timezone, I am east coast US and I believe they are on a 1,3,5,7,9,11 schedule.

Thank you guys. I actually tweeted wonderwez yesterday and she gave me the schedule. I think I can figure it out to do on my own, but you would think wowhead would have it on its main page.. I'm going to tweet them.
