Buying singing sunflower from stable master

Hi,
Does somebody here know why only my hunter is able to buy Singing sunflower, Miniwing and Creepy create from stable masters, that usually only sells a leash. All 3 pets are from quests/chains. My other characters can only see the [Rope Pet Leash]
