shimmershell nail vs rapana whelk

I'm old so I miss a lot, but don't the shimmershell and the rapana whelk have the exact same stats but the shimmer comes in different breeds? It seems to me that the shimmershell breed 7 H/P would be a better fit ....and they are cuter.

Shimmershell breed 7 is the best snail, he just starts out at a really low level so the rapana is more convenient. As far as snail cuteness... no comment.
