LF Guild with Thundering Serpent Hatchling (EU)

I'm just wondering if there are any EU guilds who are allowing people to join on alts in order to grind rep to get this pet, like how <Stage Clear> (I think it was) was doing in the US?

i am also searching such a opportunity, my offer would be, after i reached the rep/bought the pet i spend all gold i collected on that realm to the guild.
