i have one question.. Moonkin Hatchling counts as 2 unique pets?

They have two different item and spell IDs, so yes, the horde and alliance hatchling count as two unique pets. Two for the price of one! :P (Even if you can't summon one of them if you're playing on a toon of the opposite faction lol)
