TBC Collector's Edition EU Question

Just wondering if people in the EU who buy the TBC CE still get both pets (Netherwhelp and Lurky) or was that just a very limited time offer due to the issues they had with the Netherwhelp at the time?

Oooh where was that? I had a very quick look on Amazon/Ebay earlier and only found them for £300.

So in one thread you stated Lurky was a promotional pet and now you are saying it is from the BC CE?? Which one is it?
