I recall hearing about being able to trade in 3 battle stones of the same family for 1 flawless stone in patch 5.4.
Did that change ever occur? I can't seem to find anything on it. I searchd here too and found nothing so I thought I'd ask

Yes you can the first pet trainer in Org. for Horde sells them so Alliance is likely their starting trainer.
