Working on Pandarian Safari tonight and run into a horrible bug. I have two pets not in my book. One is the Temple Snake and the other is the Masked Tanuki Pup. I've been able to find them no problem but it won't let me capture them. It simply tells me I already have 3 of them. I don't. I've checked my book. It's letting me capture other pets as I've picked up a few rares of pets I already have but it will not let me get those two.
On the good news I got Eastern Kingdoms Safari tonight. Because the achievement isn't tracking right I assumed you couldn't get it but I got the Swamp Moth tonight and it dinged.

Looks like it's a general bug of some sort. Just had to kill a rare that I already had a uncommon version of.

Aren't you at your 500 pet limit by any chance? No idea which error it'd give, but might be a possiblity to consider.

I'm at 501 pets so you're right. It's giving me an incorrect error message.

In that case you might want to cage+sell or release some doubles. Either that or wait for the cap raise in 5.1

That's a good idea for those who want to keep the pets, yes.
