I haven't done much LFR, yesterday managed to finally do one and someone mentioned the only reason they were there was because this boss dropped a pet (not for me he didn't)...

Is there a place that lists which raid bosses drop pets so I know which ones to spend a bonus roll on?

If you're in-game, you can open up your pet Journal and type in: Throne of Thunder or Siege of Orgrimmar, and it will show all the pets that drop from each raid. But for a quick list to refer to outside of game (bosses in order from first to last):

Throne of Thunder

• Horridon (second boss in first wing of LFR) - drops Pygmy Direhorn
• Council of Elders (third boss in first wing of LFR) - drops Living Sandling
• Ji-Kun (third boss in second wing of LFR) - drops Ji-Kun Hatchling
• Primordius (second boss in third wing of LFR) - drops Living Fluid
• Dark Animus (third boss in third wing of LFR) - drops Son of Animus

Siege of Orgrimmar

• Sha of Pride (fourth boss in first wing of LFR) - drops Gooey Sha-ling
• Siegecrafter Blackfuse (LFR wing not out yet) - drops Blackfuse Bombling
• Paragons of the Klaxxi - (LFR wing not out yet) - drops Kovok
