What kind of pets can I get on a low pop servers, some pet like [pet]Minfernal[/pet] that is hard to find, or like [pet]White Kitten[/pet]
I got a char on a low pop server and I don't know what else to get with it.

I'll make a little list with the pets the people recommend to get on low pop servers:
Don't mind the marks, I just keep track of what I still need to catch.

Timeless Isle rare elites pets.

There is the monkey that only spawns in the rain on the small island in Cape of Stranglethorn.

Really, the best use for low pop realms ( if you have a level 90 with gear) is stuff like the filthling or the timeless isle rare spawns because at this point, most of them aren´t being killed instantly like they are on high pop realms.

I think he talkes about [pet]Baby Ape[/pet].
I'll try to get this now, anything else you guys think of?

Scourged Whelpling, Fluxfire Kitten, that pet that spawns in sand storms in Tanaris. Qi'jab or whatever hatchling, Snowy Owl

I think thats most of the pets I got on my lowbie server

Thanks for those, I got the whelpling on a low pop server. The fluxfire I just made gnomes on all low servers till I got my rare S/S.
I made a little list and added them to it.

Infinite Whelpling and Emerald Proto Whelp are both far easier on low pop servers, particularly proto whelp due to its tiny spawn area.

Personally, I dont find Infinite Whelpling that hard to get. I have my main on a high pop server, and last night when I had to wait for 200 people in queue, I went in tanaris and there were all Infinite Whelpling spawned, I go clean every few hours all Infinite Whelplings for a P/P rare.
Emerald Proto-Whelp on the other hand is hard to get a P/P rare, i'll put it in there. Thanks.

How could I forget the legendary [pet]Unborn Val'kyr[/pet]

I will say though, the way CRZ works, it was a little counterproductive. My server is on the low pop side and I was still competing with people for the val'kyr

However, I did create a DK on a Brazilian server and thats where I got all but three of that list

I've noticed on my server that now that the initial excitement has worn off, people just aren't hunting most of those pets anymore. Aside from the Minfernal, most are now seen regularly in easy numbers. We're CRZ'd with 4-5 other servers.

Doing the rounds at 3am and letting people get in and over the initial rush for new pets will help a lot.

[url]http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/beast/ungulates/giraffe-calf/[/url] is still hard to find, mostly as the poor Giraffe's have nearly been wiped out. I spent an hour at one stage and only saw 4 Giraffe packs, no pet.

Some other pets that are easily farmed on low pop servers are ones that drop off rares (Timeless isle pets) or specific mobs such as the Emerald Whelpling, where there's few mobs in a centralized location.

This helps only if you are good enough geared to handle some rare elites on your own.
I was trying to make the list for captured pets mostly so all leveles and gear people can try to get them.
