FINALLY! Lydia Acoste was kind enough to throw me an aquatic stone to trade in with two others to finally UPGRADE MY LAST UNCOMMON BATTLE PET (White Moth) to RARE WHOOHOO!

Only pets left in my in-game journal at uncommon are two kites and the sky lantern, so I'm sure I'll eventually get round to those, but it feels like I've achieved something today after giving it a good amount of my time.

Time to give the daily circuit of tamers a break for a while and perhaps work on some rare zone drops!

*gives everyone snuggles*

Feels great, doesn't it? I just finished getting my last unique pet to 25 this weekend. That was a lot of work, but it feels awesome!

Grats. Interestingly enough the White Moth is my only remaining must be stone pet left. I'm pretty sure i've got a flying stone and definitely have stones to 3 for 1 trade and upgrade it but I just haven't gotten around to it. I think it's the other ~80 wild pets I still need to capture/upgrade that makes it not that much of a priority right now.

I dont figure I'd still be playing WoW if I hadnt discovered battle pets 15 months ago. I wish someone would have prompted me to hold out for rares when collecting though .. I was happy with greens back then and moved on. It is painful to go back and hunt for rares when you have so many other things to do to improve your pet collection..and I like battling whether its pvp or pve or tamers.

I just ducked under 100 left to upgrade (at 97 to go I think) out of my 567 collected.

I admire those who have all their pets at lvl 25 .. that represents an unreal time 'sink', especially if you do it without pet xp biscuits .. Im somewhere in the 180 range and looking at a long haul ahead on that front

I still have a ways to go, so any stone works for me, at least once I finish a given family and get stones of that one, I can trade in 3 for a general purpose one
