Courageous Yon Buffed ? or did Anubisath Idol get a nurf?
Since 6.1 has launched, my previous method of leveling 2 new pets with the Anubisath Idol against Courageous Yon has not been working. Previously I could solo it w/o the Idol taking hardly any damage, and now he's dead after the first or 2nd pet, and it appears that something had definitely changed. Has anyone else noticed this, or knows anything about the change? Thx /sad panda this was my go to lazy way to level 2 pets at once and now it's broken

Same here....the Anubiseth Idol sandstorm ability no longer blocks damage like it use to or has had the amount changed. Have not tested sandstorm on other pets, will check that. The daily menagerie quest has also had it's exp reduced to the amount it is no longer useful for leveling pets......this is really bad for me because it was an easy way to level pets quickly.

You can literally solo the fight with an Emerald Proto-Whelp.
Re: Courageous Yon Buffed ? or did Anubisath Idol get a nurf
it looks like Sandstorm got nerfed for bugged. I also tried the Enchanted Broomstick and it didn't mitigate the damage either. wonderful...

Known problem, no word back from Blizz yet.
Makes sense, figure they triage their bug reports, put their programmers to work on the serious problems first. Gripes from us Crazy Pet People get low priorities. Of course the bug where pets no longer get restored to full health when they level, which developers admitted wasn't intentional, still hanging in there several months later.
