Blingtron 4999b, Protectron 011803, and Protectron 022481
There are already plenty of 10 round strategies out there so it took some pushing to get anything faster. I managed an 8 round team but its quite vulnerable to RNG, I shall post it in case anyone wants to try it.

Strat 1:
Baby Ape (P/P) w/ Barrel Toss
Chrominius 1/1/2
Any >276 speed critter killer

1-4) Barrel Toss
5) Bite
6) Howl
7) Surge of Power
8) Finish with 3rd pet

So with no room to improve in speed I went with reliability, and came up with a practically fool-proof 10 round team, it does however require some specific breeds.

Strat 2:
Skunky Alemental (H/P) 2/2/1
Death Adder Hatchling (P/S) 2/1/2

1-3) Barrel Toss
4) Skunky Brew
5) Barrel Toss
6) Viscous Fang
7) Viscous Fang
8) Blinding Poison
9) Puncture Wound
10) Viscous Fang

I've been making fastest kill strategy notes lately (have 8 alts doing just missions & daily quests) and here's some ideas.

Eleanor
Ikky any/1/1
Nuts any/any/1

80% chance to hit [Nut Barrage]
1) Black Claw
2) Flock -Ikky dies
3) Nut Barrage
4) pass

20% chance to miss [Nut Barrage]
1) Black Claw
2) Flock -Ikky dies
3) Nut Barrage
4) Scratch or Woodchipper
5) pass

Quintessence of Light
Ikky any/1/1
Any pet with Surge of Power

1) Black Claw
2) Flock
3) Flock continues -Ikky dies
4) Surge of Power

Kromli and Gromli
Unborn Val'kyr (B/B) any/2/1
*H/H is slower than Kromli and can be stunned(25% chance) 1st round.
Stitched Pup 1/2/any

1) Haunt
2) Howl
3) Diseased Bite
4) Diseased Bite
5) Switch to Val'kyr
6) Curse of Doom
7) Switch to Pup
8) Howl
9) Diseased Bite
10) Diseased Bite

King Floret and Queen Floret *Edited (better strategy)
Ikky any/1/1
common draenor crab(p357) 1/any/2
backup

1) Black Claw
2-4) Flock
5) Flock
6) Rip
7) Blood in the Water

Ikky could be dead on R3 then use the backup pet. I found crocolisks and kneebiter working pretty nice.

I beat them using 3x Crocodile brothers (Muckbreath, Snarly, etc), but there probably is a faster way then Rip, BITW, Surge.
Eternal Strider P/S -- 1/2/2 - Water Jet - Cleansing Rain - Pump
Pandaren Water Spirit -- 1/2/2 - Water Jet - Whirlpool - Geyser
Arctic Fox Kit P/S -- 1/2/1 - Bite - Howl - Leap

R1 Pump
R2 Cleansing Rain
R3 Pump
R4 Water Jet (Strider may die here)
R5 Water Jet
R6 Water Jet (Queen Dies)
R7 Geyser
R8 Whirlpool
R9 Swap to Fox
R10 Howl (King dies if crits)
R11 Bite (King Dies)

Just saw the above strat - gonna have to try that out - this one uses more common pets but nice strat above.

Quintessence of Light - 4 rounds
Nexus Whelpling P/P - 1/2/2

R1 Arcane Storm
R2 Mana Surge
R3 Mana Surge continues
R4 Mana Surge continues

I like this team, consistent but still fairly quick.

I have to remember to try that new Floret team.

Blingtron 4999b, Protectron 022481, Protectron 011803
10 rounds for speed
121 rare Electrified Razortooth
112 Chrominius

> Blingtron 4999b
Rip (if club crits forfeit and restart), Blood in the water, Pass

> Protectron 022481
Rip, Rip, Blood in the water (death), Bite

> Protectron 011803
Howl, Surge (death), any 277+ speed pet's auto attack

Somewhat crit vulnerable but very reliable.

Blingtron, Protectron #1 and Protectron #2
Blingtron uses random attacks [club(1hit) or batter(2~3hits if goes first)] so most strategies I'd searched had chance to fail at some point.
Sepsis wrote:Skunky Alemental (H/P) 2/2/1

Wanted to try this team but I don't have the exact breeds so couldn't use it, had to find the other way.

Unborn Val'kyr or Ghostly Skull : Unholy Ascension
Lil' XT : 2/2/2
Stonegrinder : 2/1/any

1) Unholy Ascension
2) Heartbroken
3~5) Tympanic Tantrum
6~) [Thrash] until Lil' XT dies. Stonegrinder uses [Thunderbolt] if Protectron #1 is still alive and has small HP, else just uses [Woodchipper].

10 rounds max, 9 rounds sometimes. I've done many tests, never failed or over the 10 rounds :)

I loved Stonegrinder for that fight, had it in my old carry team... with some luck he can actually solo it.

Oh, nice thread! I've been looking for something like this since 6.1 killed the leveling aspect of most Menagerie fights.

I'll have to check my strats later to compare with these and see if I have faster ones, but I know I can start with Stitches Jr since he was just up yesterday.
Vapid wrote:EDITED April 28 to reflect feedback. Also including a 'minimal pet list'

Stitches Jr.
This one is pretty easy - uber howl bomb
I use Unborn Valk (B/B), PWS, and Chrominius.
Curse of Doom, Unholy Ascension, -swap- Geyser, Whirlpool, -swap- Howl, pass, done.
You don't need to "uber" the Howl Bomb. Geyser, Whirlpool, swap for Howl and Surge of Power. While Chrominius is recovering, Stitches Jr will resurrect, buff himself, and keel over again. So you can cut this strat down by 3 steps.

Mr. Terrible, Carroteye and Sloppus
Eternal Strider(P/S) 1/any/2
Crimson Whelpling 2/2/1

1) Pump
2) Pump
3) Pump
4) Water Jet --Mr. Terrible dies
5) Pump
6) swap to Crimson Whelpling
7) Tail Sweep --Carroteye dies
8~9) Lift-Off --so you don't get the debuff
10) Scorched Earth
11) Tail Sweep

Manos, Hanos and Fatos
Crimson Whelpling 1/2/1
Any Voodoo Companion 2/2/1

1) Breath
2) Scorched Earth
3) Breath --Manos dies
4~5) Lift-Off --so you don't get the debuff
6) Breath
7) Breath --Hanos dies
8) Breath
9) Wild Magic or Flame Breath
10) Flame Breath

Crimson whelpling could be dead early but voodoo companion still ends the battle R10 anyway, so it's no problem.

For Manos, Hanos and Fatos I couldn't improve on my old team, though I didn't try too hard being pretty content with its 9-10 rounds. Should be crit-proof too.

Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling 1/2/1
Nexus Whelping (P/P) 2/2/2

1) Thunderbolt
2-5) Breath
6) Explode vs Hanos
7) Frost Breath
8) Arcane Storm
9-10) Mana Surge

You can end it a round early if Breath hits on the high end.

Yep, this works for all the single pet battles actually.

Squirt's team can be done in 11 rounds with a carry pet, Yu'la, and Ghostly Skull.

Yu'la kills Deebs with Breath.
Yu'la uses Lift-Off when Tyri comes out. Hopefully she hits him on the way down. He kills her regardless.
Ghostly Skull uses Shadow Slash if Yu'la didn't hit.
Ghostly Skull then uses Ghostly Bite and hopefully Tyri is dead.
Bring out your carry pet when Puzzle comes out. He will cast Dodge.
Ghostly Skull comes back in for a Shadow Slash, and then Ghostly Bite to finish.

@Slowhands

On Mr. Terrible, Carroteye, and Sloppus; wouldn't Breath be better than Tail Sweep? For Lift-Off to work, the player's pet has to be faster than Sloppus, but Tail Sweep is better for slower pets.

I was trying to make this work out for me, but I don't have a Crimson Whelpling, and had to use an S/S Wild Crimson Hatchling instead.

The Beakinator

Some other combinations may be quicker I'm not sure, but this has been my go to.

So simple and efficient.

Sentinel's Companion 2/2/2
R1: Moonfire
R2: Soulrush
R3-6: Dark Talon

Actually the following strategy work with The Beakinator as well , and currently it's the fastest :

Ikky could be dead on R3 then use the backup pet. I found crocolisks and kneebiter working pretty nice.
I think I'm missing something here. When this strat works it's excellent, but when Ikky does get killed in round 3, I tried putting in the Kneebiter. His debuff doesn't last long enough to switch to the crab, and Hunting Party has a long cooldown. What am I missing?

I tweaked this a bit to handle some of the RNG, takes an extra round but I think its worth it.

1) Black Claw

How do you get the Zandalari to survive the RI'd Fist of the forest on Round 3?

Update in one post of the current fastest strats in this thread.

Squirt (Deebs Tyri Puzzle)
sepsis wrote:Strategy 1 (~1:17)
Fastest, but carry pet eats a Weakness and an XT is required.

Enchanted Broom (2/2/2)
Lil' XT (1/2/2)
Carry Pet (325+HP)

Round 1: Sweep
Round 2: Switch to Lil' XT
Round 3: Heartbroken
Round 4-6: Tantrum (Puzzle dies)
Round 7: Switch to Carry Pet
Round 8: Switch to Enchanted Broom
Round 9: Wind-Up
Round 10: Sweep
Round 11: Wind-Up

Strategy 2 (~1:35-1:40)
Slower, but no carry pet damage and no store/tcg pets.

Enchanted Broom (2/2/2)
Weebomination (just Cleave)

Round 1: Sweep
Round 2: Switch to Carry Pet
Round 3: Switch to Weebomination
Round 4-11: Cleave (the back row should die by round 10, death round should trigger on 11)
Round 12: Switch to Enchanted Broom (Puzzle should waste Portal)
Round 13: Batter
Personally I use 1/2/2 on enchanted broom due to chance on crit on of tantrum to make sure I can kill deebs/puzzle in 1 shot after killing tyri on strat 1.

If you crit on Tympatic Tantrum Puzzle can portal and pull in Tyri early. If this happens just chain cast zap to kill Tyri, swap to carry, swap to Enchanted Broom, Brromx2 to kill Deebs/Puzzle.

Alternate strat 1 to carry leveling pet.
jerebear wrote:You can even use that strat for level 1 pets if you don't mind adding two rounds:
Enchanted Broom (2/2/2)
Lil' XT (1/2/2)
Carry Pet (325+HP)

Round 1: Sweep
Round 2: Switch to Carry Pet
Round 3: Switch to Lil' XT
Round 4: Heartbroken
Round 5-7: Tantrum (Puzzle dodges last round)
Round 8: Heartbroken
Round 9: Zap (Puzzle Dies)
Round 10: Switch to Enchanted Broom
Round 11: Wind-Up
Round 12: Sweep
Round 13: Wind-Up

The Heart broken on the new Round 8 is important as it lets the following Zap kill him without triggering Portal.
