So I went to pick up a Seal at Violet Hold and noticed a quest available from Archmage Timear. The Very Best.

does this mean we could rapidly make new characteres and keep picking up the quest? could be useful for lvling alts

I don't see how it would be useful for levelling alts, but if level 1s can get to New Dala, and you can PvP well, I guess it could be a useful way to get a log of pets from 1 to 25.
