Can't enter Gnomeranian ?!?!

So I've done Gnomeranian, a couple of times. Now when I speak to the guy, I can buy stuff from him, but don't get the option to queue to go in... Am I missing something ??

When I was a kid, I used to have Floyd "Meets"
I'd invite a bunch of peeps from my BBS (pre-cursor to internet) over and we'd play Floyd through chronologically. Then watch the movies. It'd take a whole weekend to get through it all. Great times.
