One pet not leveled in entire collection
So since today is Super Squirt Day I leveled every pet I had left to level, except some duplicates. Now I am 1 point behind the person ahead of me on my realm, we have the same number of pets. I think I have one pet left unleveled but I cannot find that pet in game or on here. What's the easiest way to find this unleveled pet?

Maybe its a horde only or alliance only pet?

but I don't see any not at level 25 that isn't marked as a duplicate.
As Thadjosh76 says, it could be a faction pet, or maybe one of the unlevellable pets like the Balloons?
Thing is though that Pet Score is defined as
so that should make for a difference of more than one point.
Could it be an unlevellable pet that was made Rare?
If you want to dig in, from https://wow-petguide.com/index.php?m=Collection you could get the other person's collection, download both yours and theirs into Excel or other spreadsheet, delete any identical lines, and compare what's left to find where the difference might be.

Thing is though that Pet Score is defined as
Code: Select all
2*(total unique pets)
+ .04*(sum of all unique pet levels)
+ 1*(total common pets)
+ 2*(total uncommon pets)
+ 3*(total rare pets)
+ 5*(total epic pets)
+ 10*(total legendary pets)
= Pet Score

Re: One pet not leveled in entire collection
The Pet Score discrepancy comes from the difference of the number of non-combat companions that you have. I count 21 in your collection, and 19 in their collection. So although you both have the same number of total pets, you do not have the same number of pets that can be leveled up.
Because non-combat companions can't really contribute much to pet levels in the Pet Score calculation, your score can sometimes end up lower despite having very similar collection stats as another WarcraftPets user.
Hopefully that clarifies things!

Yes this helps a lot, thanks! I spent an hour looking through my pet lists and now I can stop wondering if I missed something.

Or you can do the following to find which non duplicate pets you have left to level.
1) Under My Pet Collection click on Manage.
2) Click on Filter Collected.
3) Add the following filters
i) Collected (Duplicates) -Exclude
ii) Collected (Level 25) -Exclude
iii) Can do battle -Include
4) Apply the filters.
This should then only just show any non duplicate, non level 25 pets than can battle that you have in your collection.
