Your question will hopefully generate some responses to help us all learn. If you don't mind, I would suggest that you share a bit more info about what a "best team" means to you. If there is such a rare beast, it is fluid depending on context, what you have tried, and what kind of teams are giving you grief. There are different "counters" for some of the current meta teams, if you want to find suggestions on how to face and hopefully survive a specific team. For example, in my queue I frequently face a "wonderful" player
who likes to run "three of a kind" teams - 3 frost rats, 3 idols, 3 blight breaths, ect. I am here right now taking a little break from "fun" battles against three anomulus It is far more fun for me to work on developing my skills to build a solid team composition that is diverse with good synergy, but I SO get "enough is enough" 
and falling into the seductive trap of chasing the perfect counter team.
