Hi, I am a returning player and love pet battles. I would like to know where is the best place to level up battle pets now in the new expansion shadowlands? It doesn't have to be in shadowlands but would prefer wild pets Respawn fast and very little if any hostile if any.
I used to level up my pets in panda land. Would this still be the best place or is there somewhere better?

Short answer: Broken Isles, Legion expansion.
The Tamers there that were part of the original Legion Family achievement (except for one) are infinitely repeatable when their world quest is up.
That means instant tamer XP with no travel time, but some days here will not be a suitable tamer available. Still, you'll have one available about half the time.
