Wild Pets by Zone (Eastern Kingdoms)

I had a Jade Tiger jump into my battle with an EPL Bat, but my Corehound Pup killed it! Nooo!!!!

Uncatchable, unfortunately... I tried.

I have macro data on two more areas:

*Stormwind (Lvl 1-2)
Prairie Dog
Rabbit
Rat
Squirrel

*Ruins of Gilneas (Lvl 1)
Rat
Spider
Squirrel
Toad

For what it's worth, my druid hasn't done any quests in WPL, and she was able to see/catch a blighthawk. (Also there seems to be a glitch that freezes them in midair!)

Has anybody seen a normal (non-Polly) parrot in STV/Cape of Stranglethorn? I've only managed to get one grey one as a second pet in battles, haven't spotted any on their own. Ditto for Crimson Moths (though I've seen a few more in battles).

Hinterlands is a range from 9-11, it would seem; I flew around the eastern side a bit and mostly saw lv 11 pets.

Thanks for the update. Seems like The Hinterlands has gone from a level 9 zone to a level 11.

Today I found parrot in Jaguero Isle. It was as a second battle pet (as a Crimson moth), WHITE, and... RARE. Interesting. I found in my pet jurnal RARE praire dog, level 9, but I do not know from (Barrens I think, but why rare??

Does anyone else think there are a little bit too many Pollys' spawned in Northern Stranglethorn? I swear that four out of five wild pets I see are Pollys (Not counting riverbanks and shorelines, of course ). It makes it hard to get a rare Lizard Hatchling when all I can find are flocks and flocks of Pollys...
