Hi gang. My first post long time reader!

I tried to setup my team with a Dark Whelpling and a pandaren monk, so i could benefit of the 100% stun chance.

Ive done maybe 10-15 battles and it has never stunned my target once.

Did they ment to say 0%?

they changed the % of chance to stun. but it can still stun

Yea..this confused me to as I was using Lil' Deathwing and his Darkness weather affect but I never stunned 100% of the time. Maybe 50% is what it seems like.
