Restless Shade best breed?

I just picked up both high speed and high hp Rare Shades, but I don't know which one to use. I am leaning toward the High HP because the high speed is only 273 and and that doesn't seem high enough to go first a majority of the time.

Any input would be appreciated.

Meh.. if HP is not that different, say if it is not higher by 200 - 300, speed is much better. Allows them to dodge attacks and go first ^^
